In terms of paragraph 3.63 - 3.74 of the JSE Listings Requirements, the
following information is disclosed in respect of the dealings in New Clicks
Holdings Limited ordinary shares by a non-executive director:

Date of transaction : 8 May 2008
Class of security : Ordinary shares
Number of securities : 400 000
Price per share : R14.05
Value of transaction : R5 620 000
Extent of interest : Direct beneficial
Nature of transaction : Sale on open market, to diversify
portfolio risk
The shares sold were acquired through the share option scheme.
In addition to the above transaction, Mr Nurek also took delivery of 100 000 New
Clicks Holdings shares into the Nurek Family Trust. These shares were also
acquired through the share option scheme.
Prior written approval in terms of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Listings
Requirements has been obtained.
Following this sale of shares, the Nurek Family Trust holds
129 682 New Clicks ordinary shares and Mr Nurek holds 500 000 options in terms
of the share option scheme.
