APPOINTMENT OF NEW COMPANY SECRETARY
Country Bird Holdings would like to announce the appointment of Maria Antunes as
the Group`s Company Secretary with effect from 8th May 2008. Maria replaces
Robbie Taylor who was recently appointed as the Financial Director. Maria is a
Chartered Accountant with a very strong technical background and was previously
the audit manager on the CBH audit before joining the Group as its Group
Financial Accountant.
