NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING TO BE HELD AT 11:30 ON
THURSDAY, 29 MAY 2008 AT THE COMPANY`S OFFICES AT 28 HARRISON STREET,
MARSHALLTOWN, JOHANNESBURG
Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements for the year ended
31 December 2007, were posted on 7 May 2008 and are available on Dialogue`s
website (www.dialogue.co.za).
Furthermore, shareholders are also advised that the abridged annual financial
statements released on SENS on 3 March 2008 were slightly altered. Total assets
decreased by R14.092 million, Total liabilities decreased by R1.8 million and
Total equity decreased by R12.292 million, due to a classification adjustment on
financial statement presentation. Diluted weighted average number of shares
increased by 7 664 294, decreasing Diluted earnings per share by 0.2c per share
to 5.2c per share as a result. All other elements of the income statement,
including Headline earnings per share are unaffected and identical to the
results which were released on SENS on Monday, 3 March 2008.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Dialogue will be held
at 11:30 on Thursday, 29 May 2008 at the company`s offices at 28 Harrison
Street, Marshalltown, Johannesburg. The notice of annual general meeting is
issued with the annual report, which contains the annual financial statements of
Dialogue for the year ended 31 December 2007.
