FURTHER ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING SECTION 440(K) AND DELISTING OF THE COMPANY
With reference to the announcement of 19 March 2008, all shares in Samrand have
been acquired in terms of section 440(k) of the Companies Act, Act 61 of 1973.
In this regard, the company shall be delisted from the JSE Limited with effect
from Tuesday, 13 May 2008
