CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In terms of paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
the following changes to the board of directors of ElementOne ("the board") are
disclosed:
Mr Danie Vlok has been appointed as an independent non-executive director to the
board;
Mr Francois van der Merwe, currently a non-executive director to the board, has
been appointed as chairman to the board;
Mr Dennis Mashabela has resigned as a non-executive director to the board; and
Probity Business Services (Pty) Limited have been appointed as company secretary
to ElementOne.
In addition, Messrs Colin Brayshaw and William Moutloatse, both independent non-
executive directors of ElementOne, have been appointed as chairman and member to
the Audit Committee respectively.
The abovementioned appointments are with immediate effect.
