The following Deferred Short-Term Incentive (DSTI) and Bonus Matching (Matching)
awards, granted on 27 April 2008 under the Company`s Restricted Share Plan
(RSP), were released on 9 May 2008 as a result of the successful achievement of
EPS-based performance targets:
