DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE BAW SHARE
INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for BARLOWORLD
LTD and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to
BARLOWORLD LTD (BAW) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have
declared a dividend amount of 100 cents per BAWNID share instalment
that is payable on Monday, 9 June 2008.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 30 May 2008. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 2 June 2008
and the record date will be Friday, 6 June 2008.
