UGANDA : EXTENSION OF DATE FOR FULFILMENT OF CONDITIONS PRECEDENT
Shareholders are referred to the announcement of 29 January 2008 and are advised
that Celcom Group and the vendors agreed to extend the date for fulfilment of
the conditions precedent to the implementation of the acquisition to 30 May
2008. This extension is as a consequence of delays in fulfilling certain of the
remaining outstanding conditions.
Further announcements in regard to the fulfilment of the conditions precedent
will follow in due course.
