In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements
notification is hereby given of the appointment of Dr Richard Gordon Lewis
(B.A., LL.B, MBA, D.JURIS) as an alternate non-executive director to Nigel Payne
with effect from 12 May 2008.
Richard Lewis has a wealth of experience in Human Relations and strategic
planning, and currently chairs the BSI remuneration committee.
The directors of BSI welcome Richard to the board and look forward to a long and
valued working relationship.
