Shareholders are referred to the announcement on SENS earlier today regarding
the reviewed annual results of Ansys for the year ended 29 February 2008 which
contained the dividend declaration timetable.
It is hereby announced that the dates in the time table have been changed as
follows:
Last day to trade 30 May 2008
Shares trade ex dividend 2 June 2008
Record date 6 June 2008
Payment date 9 June 2008
No share certificates may be dematerialised or rematerialised between Monday, 2
June 2008 and Friday, 6 June 2008 both dates inclusive.
