RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

announces that Mr Kgomotso Brian Mosehla has resigned from his position as
executive director, new business with immediate effect. Mr Mosehla, who has been
employed by the company since 7 June 2005, intends to pursue new opportunities.
