RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
the board of directors announces the resignation of Mrs Carol Ansara from the
board of BioScience with effect from 14 May 2008.
Carol has resigned to tend to personal and family commitments and will continue
to work with and support the management of BioScience in a consultant`s
capacity. The board and management would like to thank Carol for her
contribution to BioScience`s progress and successes to date and wishes her all
the best in her future endeavours.
