CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders
are advised that Rob Marais, CEO of the Appliances Division, has decided to
emigrate with his family to Australia. Accordingly, Rob Marais will resign from
the company and the board of directors with effect from 1 July 2008.
The Board and all at AMAP wish to thank Rob for his valuable contribution and
wish him and his family everything of the best in Australia. A formal process to
identify a successor is currently underway.
