For the avoidance of doubt, shareholders are hereby advised that Mr. C Bonthuys
has resigned as company secretary and Mr. J Bester has been appointed as company
secretary with effect from 12 October 2007. Furthermore shareholders are hereby
advised that PKF (JHB) Inc has resigned as auditors of Decillion. Accordingly,
PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc has accepted appointment as the auditors of
Decillion.
