Notice is hereby given that the forty-third annual general meeting of
shareholders will be held at the offices of the Company, Zurich House, the
Braes, 193 Bryanston Drive, Bryanston on Wednesday May 21 at 10:00 to transact
the business as stated in the annual general meeting notice forming part of the
annual financial statements.
