In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
notice is hereby given that Mr Jan de Wet has been appointed as an executive
director of the company with effect from 15 May 2008.
Jan is a Chartered Accountant and has more than 20 years commercial experience
in the Building Materials - Retail market. He was the founder and main driving
force behind Dash Brick and Building Supply Strubensvalley (Pty) Ltd in which
African Brick recently acquired a 51% equity stake.
