Shareholders are referred to the detailed announcement dated 11 January 2008 as
well as the subsequent cautionary announcements dated 22 February 2008 and 4
April 2008 pertaining to the acquisition of Verge by the Company. Shareholders
are advised that the pro forma financial effects of the acquisition are in the
process of being finalised and that a further announcement detailing the
financial effects will be published in due course. Accordingly, shareholders are
advised to continue exercising caution when trading in Dialogue shares until a
further announcement has been made.
