CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, Monyetla linked unitholders are advised as follows:
Jacques Johannes van Wyk has resigned as non-executive director with effect from
16 May 2008;
Mr Holden Marshall has been appointed as independent non-executive director with
effect from 16 May 2008; and
Ms Ulana van Biljon has been appointed as an executive director with effect from
16 May 2008.
