Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders of the
company will be held on Thursday, 19 June 2008 at 10h00 at Vunani`s offices, 151
Katherine Street, Sandown, Sandton, to transact the business as stated in the
notice of annual general meeting forming part of the annual report.
