CHANGE IN EXECUTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES AND APPOINTMENT OF NEW DIRECTOR
In accordance with Rule 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listing Requirements, the
Company is pleased to announce that Mr Croydon Coppings has been appointed
Group Financial Director of the Company. He replaces Mr Raymon Rocher who
takes on the portfolio of Group Strategy and Risk Mitigation Director.Croydon is
a Chartered Accountant and has previously held Financial Director positions in
the FMCG industry for the past nine years.Having served seven years on the board
as Financial Director, Raymon`s vast experience of the group`s operations
position him ideally for his new role. Mr Edwin Motebang has been appointed
Transformation Director for the Company.Edwin has been on the board for eight
years and has held responsibility for various portfolios within the Enviroserv
group,including being the previous HR director,which has equipped him for this
important new strategic role.
The changes are effective as from 1 June 2008.
