Shareholders are referred to the further cautionary announcement published on 22
April 2008 and are advised that the proposed distribution of JCI shares referred
to therein has been discontinued. In the circumstances this cautionary is
withdrawn.
NEW CAUTIONARY
Shareholders are advised that discussions are taking place, which, if
successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the price at which
Matodzi`s shares trade. Accordingly, Matodzi shareholders are advised to
exercise caution when dealing in the company`s shares until a further
announcement is made
