DEALING IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTORS
In compliance with rule 3.63 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Tomnef
Investments (Proprietary) Limited ("Tomnef") purchased 337 000 Premium shares at
a price of R11.80 per share, with a total value of R3 976 600.00 on 16 May 2008
and a further purchase of 255 000 Premium shares at a price of R11.50 per share,
with a total value of R2 932 500.00 on 19 May 2008.
Alec Wapnick, Premium`s chairman, has an indirect non-beneficial holding of
33.3% in the share capital of Tomnef. Non-Executive director Sharon Wapnick and
managing director Jeffery Wapnick have indirect non-beneficial holdings of 33.3%
each in the share capital of Tomnef. Clearance to deal was received in terms of
paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements.
