CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, notification is hereby given of the appointment of Ivan John, CA (SA),
MBA (WITS) as the financial director of the company with immediate effect.
The previous financial director, Neels Venter will resign from the Interwaste
Holdings board and will remain the financial director of Enviro-Fill (Pty)
Limited, a subsidiary of Interwaste Holdings.
The directors of Interwaste Holdings welcome Ivan to the board and look forward
to a long and valued working relationship with him.
