DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE TBS SHARE
INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for TIGER
BRANDS LTD and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating
to TIGER BRANDS LTD (TBS) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust
have declared a dividend amount of 245 cents per TBSNID share
instalment that is payable on Monday, 7 July 2008.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 27 June 2008. The
share instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 30
June 2008 and the record date will be Friday, 4 July 2008.
