ISSUE AND SALE OF 10 UNSECURED CONVERTIBLE BONDS
Shareholders are advised that, at the general meeting of shareholders held
today, the resolution to issue and sell 10 unsecured convertible bonds with an
aggregate value of US$10 million to EMP Africa FII Investments LLC for US$10
million, as further set out in the circular to shareholders dated 5 May 2008,
was approved by 99,9% of the shareholders present and voting at the general
meeting.
