ANNOUNCEMENT - SPECIAL DIVIDEND NO. 68
Taking into consideration the trading conditions over the recent
past being better than originally anticipated, the identification
of future capital requirements of the Corporation and the receipt
of the sale proceeds from the Rand Carbide disposal, the
Directors of the Corporation on Tuesday, 20 May 2008, having
considered the financial position of the Corporation, declared a
special dividend No. 68 of 1 800 cents per ordinary share (South
African currency), based on available cash in excess of
operational requirements as follows:

dividend (and for changes of
address or dividend instructions) Friday, 6 June 2008
Ex-dividend on the JSE Limited Monday, 9 June 2008
