DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE ILV SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for ILLOVO SUGAR LIMITED
and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to ILLOVO SUGAR
LIMITED (ILV) the Trustees of the Share
Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of 52.5 cents per ILVNIB share
instalment that is payable on Monday, 14 July 2008. The last day to trade cum
dividend is Friday, 4 July 2008. The share instalment will commence trading ex
dividend from Monday, 7 July 2008 and the record date will be Friday, 11 July
2008.
