DECLARED INTERIM DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON TIGER BRANDS LIMITED ENHANCED DIVIDEND
SECURITIES - ("TBSIDD")
With reference to the dividend announcement, the Directors of Tiger Brands
Limited have declared an interim dividend of 245.0 cents per ordinary share
payable on Monday, 7 July 2008 to ordinary shareholders recorded in the books of
the company at the close of business on Friday, 4 July 2008.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities, TBSIDD,
will receive a Tiger Brands Limited interim dividend of 245.0 cents per security
on Monday, 7 July 2008 in terms of the Cession clause incorporated in the
Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited. The last day to trade
("cum" the dividend) in order to participate in the dividend will be Friday, 27
June 2008.
TBSIDD Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend from
the commencement of business on Monday, 30 June 2008, and the record date will
be Friday, 4 July 2008.
