PAYMENT OF THE CASH EQUIVALENT
Holders of the Issuer`s Carbon Credit Notes are referred to the announcement
dated 21 April 2008 in terms of which they were advised that the value of a
Carbon Credit Note at 28 March 2008 (the "Cash Equivalent") had been finally
determined as US$ 24.17.
The Cash Equivalent will be converted to Rands by the Issuer on Wednesday, 4
June 2008. Payment of the Cash Equivalent will be credited to a Holder`s CSDP or
broker account in Rands in accordance with the following timetable:
