POSTPONEMENT OF LISTING
The shareholders and management of Kwikot have reluctantly decided to postpone
the private placing and listing of the Company on the Main Board of the JSE
Limited ("JSE") due to the current market conditions.
No new capital was due to be raised through the listing and the postponement is
not expected to have any impact on the Company`s future performance.
