TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, property entities are
required to publish a trading statement as soon as they become aware that the
distribution for the period to be reported upon next will differ by at least 15%
from that of the previous corresponding period.
Hospitality`s linked unitholders are therefore advised that Hospitality`s
distributable earnings per B-linked unit for the year ending 30 June 2008 are
expected to be between 15% and 20% higher than the corresponding reporting
period in the previous year.
The above information has not been reviewed or reported on by the Company`s
auditors and the Company`s results for the year ended 30 June 2008 are expected
to be released on or about Thursday, 21 August 2008.
