Calulo Resources (Pty) Limited ("Calulo") advise of its intention to acquire 66
666 667 Absolute ordinary shares from Mr RG Niem?ller ("the Seller"). The Seller
has agreed to sell the Sale of Shares to Calulo for a purchase consideration of
R2 million rand. The purchase consideration will be paid by Calulo to the
Seller in ten equal monthly payments of R200 000.00 (two hundred thousand rand).
The above agreement will have an indirect effect on certain directors` interests
in Absolute. In the event of non-payment the shares will revert to the Seller on
a pro rata basis.
In compliance with rules 3.63 - 3.74 of the JSE Listing Requirements, the
