DEALING IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTORS
In compliance with rule 3.63 of the JSE Listings Requirements, Tomnef
Investments (Pty) Limited ("Tomnef") purchased 9 400 linked units at R14.95 per
linked unit, 12 500 linked units at R14.99 per linked unit and 54 600 linked
units at R15.00 per linked unit on 21 May 2008, with a total value of R1 146
905.
Octodec`s directors, Alec Wapnick, Sharon Wapnick and Jeffrey Wapnick indirectly
non-beneficially each hold one third of the share capital in Tomnef. Clearance
to deal was received in terms of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Listings
Requirements.
