TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, companies are required
to publish a trading statement as soon as they are satisfied that a reasonable
degree of certainty exists that the financial results for the period to be
reported on will differ by at least 20% or more from the financial results for
the previous corresponding period.
Moneyweb is currently finalising its results for the year ended 31 March 2008
and shareholders are advised that Moneyweb`s earnings and headline earnings per
share for the year ended 31 March 2008 are expected to increase by between 25%
and 45% over those of the previous corresponding period. The financial
information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or
reported on by the company`s auditors.
The company`s results for the year ended 31 March 2008 are expected to be
published on SENS during the week ending 20 June 2008.
