TRADING STATEMENT
Shareholders are advised that the company`s earnings per share and headline
earnings per share for the nine month period ending 29 February 2008, to which
the company has changed its financial year end, is expected to show a loss of
4.5 and 5.5 Canadian cents per share.
Shareholders attention is drawn to the fact that the historical results
published in the prelisting statement dated 29 November 2007 was for the 12
months ended 31 May 2007, which was the original financial year end of the
company.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been
reviewed or reported on by the company`s auditors. The audited results for the
financial year ended 29 February 2008 are expected to be published on or about
28 May 2008.
