CAPITAL REDUCTION DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE
NPK SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the capital reduction amount payable
for NAMPAK LTD and that as a result of the capital reduction
declaration relating to NAMPAK LTD (NPK) the Trustees of the Share
Instalment Trust have declared a capital reduction amount of 28 cents
per NPKNID share instalment that is payable on Monday, 14 July 2008.
The last day to trade cum capital reduction is Friday, 4 July
2008. The share instalment will commence trading ex capital reduction
from Monday, 7 July 2008 and the record date will be Friday, 11 July
2008.
