RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Masonite shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of
Masonite held on 22 May 2008, all the resolutions were passed by the requisite
majority of shareholders present or represented by proxy thereat.
The special resolutions will be submitted to the Registrar of Companies in due
course.
