contain no modifications to the audited results published on the Securities
Exchange News Service on Friday 16 May 2008.
The annual financial statements were audited by KPMG Inc whose unqualified
report is available for inspection at the company`s registered office.
NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The notice of the Annual General Meeting will be posted to shareholders today
with the Annual Report. Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting
of shareholders will be held at 11:00 on Thursday 3 July 2008 at the registered
offices of the company, 67 CR Swart Drive, Cnr Freda Road, Bromhof Extension 48,
Randburg.
