Appointment of a director
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, the board of directors of Blue Label are pleased to announce the
appointment of Mr Peter Mansour to the board as a non-executive director with
effect from 22 May 2008.
Following Microsoft Corporation`s ("Microsoft") acquisition of a 12% equity
stake in Blue Label, and in accordance with the agreement entered into with
Microsoft at that date, Mr Mansour was nominated by Microsoft for appointment to
the board of Blue Label as its representative.
The directors of Blue Label welcomes Mr Peter Mansour to the board and look
forward to a long and valued working relationship with him.
