RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING OF m CUBED SHAREHOLDERS
m Cubed shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement of 30 April 2008 and
are advised that the special and ordinary resolutions tabled at the general
meeting of m Cubed shareholders held today, were approved by the requisite
majority of shareholders entitled to vote thereon. The special resolution will
be lodged with the registrar of companies in due course.
