CHANGES TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Ambit Properties Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Kelly
Clinton as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of the Company
effective from 1 July 2008 to take over from Mr. Nick Harris whose
responsibilities as Chief Executive Officer ends on 30 June 2008.
The Board has also appointed Mr. Joe de Beer as Chief Operations Officer and
Executive Director of the Board with effect from 1 July 2008. Mr. Joe de Beer
was previously alternate to Mr. Nick Harris and was employed by Ambit Management
Services (Pty) Ltd.
