NOTICE OF PREFERENCE DIVIDEND NO 126
Notice is hereby given that preference dividend number 126 for the six months
ending 30 June 2008 at the rate of 5.5 percent per annum (5.5 cents per share)
be and is hereby declared payable to shareholders recorded in the books of the
company at the close of business on Friday, 27 June 2008.
The last day to trade "cum" dividend will be Friday, 20 June 2008. The shares
will commence trading "ex" dividend as from Monday, 23 June 2008 and the record
date will be Friday, 27 June 2008. The dividend will be paid on Monday, 30 June
2008.
Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Monday,
23 June 2008 and Friday, 27 June 2008, both days inclusive.
