DEALING IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTORS
In compliance with rule 3.63 of the JSE Listings Requirements, Tomnef
Investments (Pty) Limited ("Tomnef") purchased 8 555 linked units at R14.00 per
linked unit and 5 200 linked units at R14.10 per linked unit with a total value
of R193 090.00 on 23 May 2008.
Octodec`s directors, Alec Wapnick, Sharon Wapnick and Jeffrey Wapnick indirectly
non-beneficially each hold one third of the share capital in Tomnef. Clearance
to deal was received in terms of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Listings
Requirements.
