FURTHER TRADING STATEMENT
Anbeeco shareholders are referred to the trading statement released on Sens on
20 May 2008 and are advised that the consolidated group financial results of
Anbeeco for the 12 month financial period ended 29 February 2008, will reflect
as regards both earnings and headline earnings per share, a change from a loss
of 8,2 cents per share to a loss of 12,0 cents per share, and, as regards net
asset value per share and net tangible asset value per share, in both instances
a change from a negative 9,9 cents per share to a negative 27,3 cents per share,
compared to the results for the previous period ended 28 February 2007.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has been
audited. The interim financial report of Anbeeco, in respect of the 12 month
financial period ended 29 February 2008, will be available for inspection at the
offices of the company at 19th floor, Sandton City Office Tower, corner Rivonia
Road and Fifth Street, Sandton, from Wednesday, 28 May 2008 on which day, the
corresponding abridged results will be announced on Sens. The abridged results
will be posted to shareholders on Thursday, 29 May 2008.
