On 27 May 2008 Mineworkers Investment Company (Proprietary) Limited ("MIC"), the
Company`s empowerment shareholder, purchased 634 243 Metrofile Holdings shares
at the average market price of 96,6 cents per share.
Keshan Pillay and Paul Nkuna hold board positions on both the MIC and Metrofile
board. However, neither board members are direct or indirect shareholders of
MIC, nor do they have a beneficial interest in the transaction.
