DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE ABL SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for AFRICAN BANK
INVESTMENTS LIMITED and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to
AFRICAN BANK INVESTMENTS LIMITED (ABL) the Trustees of the Share Instalment
Trust have declared a dividend amount of 105 cents per ABLNIB share instalment
that is payable on Tuesday, 17 June 2008.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 6 June 2008. The share instalment
will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 9 June 2008 and the record date
will be Friday, 13 June 2008.
