DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE JDG SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for JD GROUP LIMITED and
that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to JD GROUP LIMITED (JDG)
the Trustees of the Share Instalment have declared a dividend amount of 111
cents per JDGNID share instalment that is payable on Monday, 30 June 2008.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 20 June 2008. The share instalment
will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 23 June 2008 and the record date
is Friday, 27 June 2008.
