Mr Dines Gihwala has been appointed to the Board as an independent Non-Executive
Director with effect from 28 May 2008. Mr Gihwala holds a B.Proc, H.Dip Tax
Prac qualification and is an attorney by profession.
Dines Gihwala is chairman of Hofmeyr Herbstein & Gihwala, one of SA`s largest
law firms. He has served as a judge of the high court in Bloemfontein and Cape
Town.
Gihwala is also director of Makalani Holdings and chairman of Redefine Income
Fund. He is the deputy chairman of Sentula Mining Ltd as well as the chairman of
the Independent Regulatory Board of Auditors (IRBA).
He is married with three children and plays golf. We look forward to his
contributions.
