was sought and provided for by the Directors of Rockwell. It is further noted
that this transaction was undertaken as a consequence of a tax liability.
President and CEO John Bristow noted that the Company had ensured that this
transaction was done in such a manner so as to not impact negatively on the
share price. Hennie more than ever remains a key member of Rockwell`s operating
team and continues to play a key role in the development and optimization of the
Company`s existing and new projects.
