NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Zeder shareholders are advised that the company`s 2008 annual report, containing
the audited annual financial statements for the year ended 29 February 2008, is
being dispatched to shareholders today, and contains no modifications to the
audited results which were announced on SENS on 9 April 2008. The annual report
will be available on the Zeder website at www.zeder.co.za.
The notice of the annual general meeting ("AGM"), forming part of the company`s
annual report, is being posted to shareholders today. Notice is hereby given
that the AGM will be held at the Lanzerac Hotel, Lanzerac Road, Jonkershoek,
Stellenbosch, on Friday 20 June 2008 at 11h30 to transact the business set out
in the notice of the AGM.
